What are you making for dinner?

No idea what is for dinner as it is a meal at my SA before the Alpha course.

Pizza - mozzarella, tomato and pesto flatbread for me, YS mozzarella, ham and olive pizza for OH.

Last portion of the sausage casserole,  to which i added half a tin of Scotch broth which i got for free. I'm not a massive soup fan so this was a way to use it. Thinking i might use the other half in a kind of rustic risotto.

Also warmed through a random scotch roll I found rolling about in the freezer using the residual heat from the oven from OH doing his dinner.

Fridge clearing kebabs, using up some suspicious looking peppers/mushrooms and tiny toms that are forming a gang in the salad drawer, marinated some chicken thighs last night to go with them, and some red onions. BBQ.

LO new pots and the last of the spring onions will become potato salad for them, and will breath some life back into a very limp lettuce and make a Caesar type salad.

Not posted for a few days.
Last night was Spaghetti Bolognaise with Garlic Bread.
Tonight we are splashing out a bit, I am roasting a chicken and we will have with mash and roasted/steamed veg.  DH can take the drumsticks for work lunches as we only tend to eat the breast with the meal.
