Sandwiches tonight. Maybe with turkey soup if I finish stripping the carcase. Think we have sufficient roasters left over so MiL can have a nice roast dinner again.
Also have 2 tons at least of chocolate including a salted caramel chocolate bombe - it's a filled chocolate shell that you drop into hot milk and when the shell melts the mini marshmallows pop out! Think Santa didn't get the memo about me being on a diet...

We had salmon, dauphinose potatoes, roasted veg, green beans and hollandaise sauce.

Most of our leftovers cleared, so I made a cottage pie with plenty of buttery mash on top and we had it with peas and gravy.
