    I used up some bits,  I made a green leaf mix (cabbage, broccoli, kale) Roasted baby potatoes (rtc18p microwave things) with parsnips and carrots, mash potatoes and beef stew and vege sausage casserole from freezer.

    Other veg made into soup for lunches with a soda bread.

    Dinner in 2 sittings roast lamb for the majority, then vegan mushroom risotto for DS2 & his GF when they arrived for Christmas this evening 
    Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

    Saag Aloo sauce curry (pepper, onion, roasted squash and quorn pieces) with rice and naan with was excavated from the freezer

    New potatoes soaked in butter, quorn nuggets, bean salad, rocket and coleslaw. Meateaters had chicken. 

    We were going to have salad but when I went to the fridge, I realised that the shopping wasn't coming until tomorrow!!
