C_J said:That sounds like an idyllic evening, IM! I’m going to get the last of the Christmas cards written tonight so that I can get them in the post tomorrow morning (why oh why do I always leave it so late??)
Tonight is chicken + prawn + peppers + onions + mushrooms + pak choi + tenderstem broccoli + noodles = STIR FRY!!!
But I'm happy for your pak choi and broccoli stir fry (the rest is just a bonus). Fish and chips for us. Fortunately the portions are smallish. And there's strawberries for afters. And I've just been told I have to prep them! Blinking hurrah!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. We’re eating from the freezer for the next few days, I’d like to see some daylight in there before Christmas. Tonight I’m making toad in the hole with mash, peas and gravy. Cheesecake for pud.1
