I used the leftover roast chicken to make a chicken and veg pie last night, and it was okay but neither of us really enjoyed it. So I have taken the last part of the chicken and veg - which I had intended to make into another pie tonight - and have turned them into a chicken and veg curry instead as I had some Rogan Josh paste left in the fridge to use up. I've added a tin of chopped tomatoes and some coconut cream, and it smells lovely!

Popped into m&s on way home and bought some reduced pizza and a reduced chicken amongst other things. I had gone for Christmas chocolates, but they didnt have them.

I cooked the chicken in the ninja and a pizza in the oven and used up the rest of last nights salad.  I enjoyed it and enough left for a work lunch tomorrow.

annoyed with myself that the duck legs took forever to cook last night.  served them after in the oven 40 minutes but still way undercooked in the middle so back in for another 10 - 15.  Didn't end up eating them until nearly 9 at which point the OH had eaten most of the potatoes.  Ah well - worked out for my weigh in this morning!

@JIL I love having leftovers....so might suggest a trip to M7S as their precooked half chicken (usually £4 or part of a 3 for £7 or is it £10?) is a nice easy supper for us and will mean I'll have some for lunch tomorrow or Friday should I need some.
