Simple tidy up the freezer - there's a bag of "stir fry" from Lidl which is potatoes, duck gizzards and some veg. The smoked duck breast didn't get eaten last night so we'll be garnishing with a bit of that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Tonight I am making some puff pastry tarts - squares of puff pastry, topped with a dollop of cream cheese, some sliced and sauteed red onion, a few fresh herbs and some slices of variously-coloured tomatoes (the very last of the home grown heritage ones), baked for 25 mins. Will serve with a simple green salad.3
