I think the majority of charity shopping will be donations this week having cleared out my dad’s kitchen & my childhood bedroom while I’m staying to help him after an op but I did manage to pick up some Pyrex bowls with lids for £1.50 each (you can never have enough Pyrex IMO!) & a shelf-with-small-drawers thing for our new kitchen for £5 (rrp £25).
I agree that you can never have too much Pyrex. Yesterday we bought two Pyrex pie dishes £1.50 each and 3 books for £1 each. Today we bought two Pyrex dishes, ideal for crumble/ shepherds pie £1.25 each. Along with two new baking trays for £2 each, a Boofle dog £2, a book for £1 and a pair of Oasis jeans (that look brand new) for £4.50 (would cost £60+ in the shop.
I did see a new James Parterson hardback book for £4 but left it in the cs.2025 Fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons

The cs gods were listening again. I've been looking to buy a molton Brown bubble bath bauble as a gift but at £10-12 plus postage i was putting it off. Anyway today in the cs was a boxed bauble unpriced so the kind volunteer for a price for me £1.50 hurray.
I also went in a cs i haven't been in for years. It was lovely so goodness knows why I don't visit regularly but anyway I got a Dorothy perkins jersey skirt which will be perfect for next week's holiday to Spain £1. A pair of uworn clark s shoe boots, the twins of some i bought a few weeks ago from another cs and that have never been off my feet £4. A mustard jumper £1.25 and a pair of m and s trousers for £2. Very pleased with my haul0 -

Picked up a lovely tapestry style cushion cover with a stag on it, luckily I had a pad that fit it - £1.50. 3 dvd's for £1, these will find their way back to the cs at some point.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

We went with Dd she 14 to the garden center today to view the Xmas things. Whilst in the locality we did a couple of cs we don't normally go to. Massive bargains to be had in the shape of 2x lombok Silk cushions £2 each. Similar on website are £50 each eek. Who pays £100 for two cushions? They had an emma Bridgewater Halloween mug for £6 that I eagerly swooped on and a white company woolly scarf for £2. The next cs (both a local hospice) yielded some immaculate full length curtains that I think are cath kidston for £4.50 a pair of burgundy skinny jeans that dd spotted for £2.50 (it appears cs shopping is ok if she gets a bargain item ) originally m and s and looked to have little wear. I got a kate mosse book that I did have but sent to the cs some time ago and have been thinking about £1 and we got eldest dd a £4 authentic American football shirt that will go in her stocking for xmas. Her stocking will be an eclectic mess to behold lol0
