the very model (and gleaming red colour) we wanted, a lovely retro looking four slice Dualit in fabulous as-new condition for a fiver. Very happy with that.
Wow! I adore Dualit toasters - they really are Buy It Once devices & you can replace the elements with shocking ease (I've done it!) - I'm very happy to think of another Dualit family thanks to a charity shop, and in the red you wanted too - superb!0 -
Quick whistle stop tour around the chazzers today, I got a next short sleeve check shirt for £3.00, it looks brand new and a back across the body casual black bag for £2.00 from my local hospice shop. Perfect for my holiday next month x0

We made it to Nettlebed! We didn’t get any massive bargains and they were definitely more wants than needs but we had a lovely if soggy time. We got a cake slice to match our Christmas vintage dinner service for £1 a very nice mug with my initial on for 30p. Dh got a pair of jeans and a tie for £3 and £1 respectively. Two Emma bridgewater storage tins at £1.50 each, 2 vintage Coca Cola glasses 50p each (these are being wrapped for dd number1’s Xmas stocking) a collectible Starbucks mug for £10 (dd new knee 1 collects these and apparently this was a bargain and as is paying for it ) and a homedics shiatsu neck massager thing which I’m not convinced will be used but lured me in for £2.700

I have 16 kilos of the stuff in the basement. My sons want to keep it for their children!0 -
I popped into a chazzer today and came out with precisely nothing. The last time I was in there, I wanted several things but recognised that none of them were actual needs, so left them there. Unsurprisingly they had gone today but I'm sure my loss is making someone else very happy.wondercollie wrote: »I have 16 kilos of the stuff in the basement. Hope is not a strategy...A child is for life, not just 18 years....Don't get me started on the NHS, because you won't win...I love chaz-ing!

Went to a different city yesterday and found in the Air Ambulance a big box of bras.
These were George samples, all in the same size. My size. :j
I bought 10.
Bubblegum pink, pale pink, mint green with pink trim, black/purple, pink/grey, blue/silver, blue floral, wedgewood blue floral, pale blue/white, coffee/cream.
Priced at 95p each, I donated the odd 50p in the collecting tin.
Probably £100 in total from George, similar from M&S would be about £20 each.
From Mind - a pair of M&S grey leggings £3.00
ETA:
DigForVictory - I saw a Manor Green small jug for £5.00 but left it on the shelf.0 -

And yes, I will use them all.
I chuck them in the washing machine so get through them at a rate of knots.0
