Can I be House !!!!!! number 2 :rotfl:
Actually my house is not dirty but just messy.
I went home at lunchtime again. Put a load in the tumble drier and put another one to wash. Tidied an problem area where the bureau is. Need to tidy up the paper work on it and tidy inside of it. But it is better than nought.
So I am trying to get on top of it.

The answer to tidying the house is to have visitors arriving in half an hour. It's amazing what you can do in that time. The kitchen timer and the dishwasher are the two best items in the whole house.0

i have spent the morning tidying up done all the ironing (at this moment in thime there only coat hangers in my clothes basket) this does not happen very often.
i would not say i am a house !!!!!!:o more of a cupboard !!!!!!:o . and maybe a kitchen drawer !!!!!!:o fridge and freezer !!!!!!.
my house looks very tidy but there are things growling in every cupboard.
i am a hoarder and buy things and just put them in cupboards. and very rarly ever tidy them out:o in fact rarely means never.
i do do lots of housework, proberly too much but my boyf thinks i sit on my !!! all day and watch Jeremy Kyle. i work too but thats does not count as its "only" part time. i also have 2 kids . he thinks we have a collection of fairies that i let out of the cupboards and they do all the housework stuff:mad:Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, champagne in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming ~ WOO HOO what a ride!0 -

Dam you mean they don't exist and i cant buy any
Well today i had to spend all day at work not the norm but had to be done. So i have only had time to do dinner and sort to some washing and stick another lot in.
I plan to do the packed lunches tonight, maybe some ironing and get out the meat to defrost for tomorrow's dinner.
Got to wait in tomorrow morning for a delivery so i plan and will try really hard to stick to it to do: put out the wet washing, hoover the dining room, dust downstairs and wash up all before going to get my son from nursery and i go to work. I will not come on the pc before 10am thats gonna be my break cuppa and MSE.Still TryingGrocery challenge July 2016

Me too! Definitely a house !!!!!!
We have a 5 month old and I just cannot get into the whole house work / stay at home mum thing. In my head, I DESPERATELY want to be a domestic goddess... but in reality I just can't do it.
I feel like as Im still on maternity leave, I should be being a proper wifey, but the days just seem to pass me by-- partly cos I'm breastfeeding every couple of hours or so, and then I feel like I can't leave dd on her own while I do any cleaning etc, but still other people have it sussed so why don't I...?
I read the MSE flylady thread most days and generally fail to do much.. I do give it a try though!0
