Thanks for the reminder, honey, I'm glad I haven't bought them yet - I wanted to see if my vaccination bollixed me.  It doesn't seem to have so far - but in checking the delivery schedules, it does say expect in 3 -4 weeks anyway (or it did).  I might order tonight so that I'm sure to get in.

Vaxx went well, very tiny wait of approx one minute  <3 NHS I'm clean, my clothes are clean, even my pots and pans are clean :)  life is good.

Hi beanie :) good to see you :)

Life remained good - I put in the order at Sarah Raven, and managed to remember how big my eyes are, and how small my garden is  :D no lemongrass, thank you!  I'd love it, but ... no.  So I have:
    1 x 9cm pot of angelica
    5 x seedlings basil
    5 x seedlings culinary sage
12 x rooted cuttings of mint.

Even I've managed to grow basil from a supermarket purchase of £1.25, but I don't go to supermarkets these days, and if I do, I want it to be for something more important than a basil plant.  So it goes.  I have a sage plant, but it's potbound, and dying, sadly.  This lot, there's few enough that I hope to plant them this year.  10% off, as RT mentioned.  £4.95 standard delivery, which is good value, I think.  A result!  Signing off now to watch some tv and calm down

ETA - I used up the £17.01 in paypal too, that was useful.

Can you not order basil online? You can from Ocado. (Irrelevant as you’ve orderd it elsewhere, but I’d be surprised if you can’t get it from the supermarket).

You could take that sage out, divide it and just put half back in the pot...

KC - if it makes you feel better, supermarket herbs can be a bit hit and miss when transplanting to the great outdoors.  They have been coddled into a state of pampered existence and often get shocked by real light & water conditions and then shrivel up & die. From my experience, the plants supplied from growers are stronger even if more expensive! - RT xx
