Absolutely *yes* to both of you
I do love pics of plants.
Fencer has told me he's free to come do the work in September, so it'll be a while yet - means I have time to fully de-weed the front border, which is full of all sorts of grass, plus a lot of baby sedge, which clumps horribly in this soil.I need to email him, phone bruv re probate, vacuum the living room a bit, then in the afternoon I could do another item on the Finance List - I really like the way the numbers are coming down2023: the year I get to buy a car5 -
ooo - a visit from sis & her new toy - how nice that she came to see you 'just because'
...and KC I must say every day is a school day with you! Had to look up sedge... 😏4 YEARS 10 MONTHS DEBT FREE!!! Thanks both! RT, my American cousin said something very similar about me, because my emails contained so much slang and colloquialismsI've done the emailing and the vacuuming, but got sidetracked by an energy vampire on another forum, decided not to do discussions any more: sharing information is great, but discussing across a great divide is draining for me, especially since the chronic fatigue hits, it takes a whole day's energy. I still have physical energy, though, so I'll do some digging out in the garden2023: the year I get to buy a car6

Blissful amount of sleep last night - didn't wake up till almost 7am
Quite a slow start as a result
but wonder of wonders I've checked the Pinecone money - I'd made a note of the voucher number at the right point in my security document. Now I have to figure out how best to spend £45 minimum at JL - not treat type stuff, I'd prefer practical stuff. Been looking through the kitchen stuff, but nothing stands out yet - I may need to head to the garden stuff.
I also fully backed up the new bits and bobs on my current computer. I need to get the bin ready, that will help and give me some nice time outside. Quite irritated though at cold calling resuming - an idiot with a hi-vis jacket and a mask tucked underneath his chin, with a tag on a lanyard. Grrrr. I realise jobs are scarce as anything, but cold calling is taking away my choice to keep distance. Not happy about that.Still, at least he stood away from the door after he knocked. Thats something.2023: the year I get to buy a car6 -
I can hardly believe that people are cold calling. Bah.

How do you get on Pinecone, Karma? It looks like you have to be invited?
Sorry about the energy vampire... I've become much less tolerant recently, partly through relationship with OH who has mental and physical health problems that mean she's had to learn to disengage for her own good. It's been good to learn some techniques from her to conserve my energy levels.Choose kind6
