Nice one, RT! I was unearthing a big rosemary bush (badly pruned, quite misshapen by now, but still good) from weeds and grass - I worked a bit too hard, unfortunately, and now I feel like I've run a couple of marathons
so the most I'll be doing physically today is making sure the bins are full, as we have a collection tomorrow.
Otherwise, I have a link to the full ancestry website, and I'm not afraid to use itthough my computer is now shutting down unilaterally about 8 times a day (and thats with me getting fed up with it and spending much less time with it open). It's such a small thing, in these times, I can't even grumble about it further than that.

Thanks teapot, yes, I'm good. Just sending a few emails, tidying things up, very low key.

Hi RT
yes, I feel much better, thanks - its more fatigue rather than achiness, so I've just tidied, chatted to my neighbour, I might do this regularly, actually - making sure that the place is clear and tidy while I'm doing jobs. One extra job I've added - I found some chia seeds I'd stashed after realising I didn't like them, and decided they should be chucked out to the birds. So I was broadcasting them at teh back, and I'm just about to do it at the front before the clapping for the NHS

Morning! Yes, the fatiguey feeling has subsided, and that was hiding the achiness
so I get to have it all, ha! Feel much better.
I'm not going to let today be completely ordinary - I'm going to learn how to cook either quinoa or nut loaf. I'll report back later - such lives we lead, right now!2023: the year I get to buy a car3 -
After the usual natter with sister, projected menu for the day is altered: I'm going to try to use the supermarket own brand smash I have for potato cakes **jumpy smiley**
