    Thanks folks :) much appreciated. Unless I have my phone in my hand, I won't answer them - I'll wait for their letter, which was the arrangement. I had a rest, and I've been pootling in the garden digging up couch grass roots :)

    It was, thank you apple! A lot more is needed - I've been away catsitting for 3 weeks, after all, and when I've been home a lot of my time has been spent on emptying the kitchen :o I've treated today like a holiday so far :rotfl: but I'll get to it soon. I have to say, I do love this whole breakfast in bed thing :D

    Who doesn't!? It beats the pants of builder-watch or navvying in the garden and second only to a good old catch up of everyone's end of month posts :T

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: :kisses3: I love that!

    I never did very much yesterday after all :p tidied, washed up, about an hour of gardening, and some time chatting with sister. Learned how to cook eggs for a butty in the microwave ... I may also have watched the last episode of S7 GoT :D

    Today, hmmm, morning gardening, as the forecast is bad later on. I was thinking of going into town to run errands, but if no one has their washing out, I might actually do a little bonfire type activity ... we'll see.

    Another phone call from BandQ, pretending they didn't know how to resolve the situation. When I told them it was their responsibility, because it was their mixup, they admitted they *did* know how. I refused again to do anything on a phone call, and I want stuff printed out - emails and attachments are probably admissible these days legally, but I'm not 100% sure, so I'm not doing it. This deputy store manager said she'd ring later to let me know the paperwork was being sent. No thanks! Hours waiting on Monday, 4 phone calls on Tuesday, an email yesterday, I don't want another meaningless phonecall today.

    They still didn't know that when I cancelled the order on Tuesday, I got another refund. Sigh ...

    And I touted compensation again - can't be simultaneous with refund, they say, which I think it should be. And thats a HO deal anyway, not store. It got a lot cooler when I mentioned compensation!

    I can feel the fatigue symptoms coming on :( I'm definitely not answering the phone to them again :(

    Sorry to hear you're still having problems with B&Q Karma :( I think you're quite right not to answer the phone to them anymore. Wait and see what they actually say in writing.... but make sure that just because you don't answer they don't think the problem has gone away!

    Hope you're feeling better soon x
