After the convos with SL, beanie, I've remembered how important they are. I was in a fb group too, which doesn't seem to be very active now, but it was really helpful in making me think about particular vitamins and *when* I felt bad. Like this time of year, having been indoors/deprived of sun.

I was wondering whether you take any supplements Beanie. The other one to consider is magnesium. D3 is the sunshine supplement. D2 is good too

    - pay the French accountant
    - set up the CD player
    - finish packing away shopping
    - dishwasher, an extra go!
    - use some eggs today. Yorkshires? I wonder.
    - working on the kitchen or the garden :)
    - shower and wash hair at the end of that!

I have to admit I have stopped taking all the vitamins and min supplements I used to take and I rely on those in my food. Frozen spinach is wonderful stuff - I just add two or three nuggets to stews, casseroles and curries and there is my top-up.

I mentioned magnesium because it is good for nerves (not the stress-ones, the ones that make us ache) as well as muscles and bones - and can help with sensitive pain areas.

I always thought of Floradix as primarily iron but it is a good mix, isn't it

It is, SL, it is, though I don't take it any more.

You mentioned raspberries in connection with magnesium, didn't you, the point being that magnesium is good for nerves (in the nervous system sense?) Since I love raspberries, and I want to plant some new fruit bushes, that makes my decision easy - raspberry canes coming up for my garden, after or maybe during the kitchen reno :)
