I provide my meter reads every day from the point they email me - but they do not generate a bill until I get in touch with them and then the live chat agent says 'ok should be there now' so they are manually generating it when I contact them.
My billing period shows as 14th-13th on my statement, yet its the 16th and no bill generated. My payment has been taken. I know when I contact them on monday they will generate it then.Last month I waited until the 19th before contacting in case there was a small lag. Other providers I have been with have generated bills on the billing date (which is the point of having one)0 -
@ashe
I just checked my UP account to see if I had a statement waiting as my end of month is the 9th with a DD on the 10th.
The date shown inside the waiting statement in the portal was the 11th for me. The date on the web page is the 9th.
Checking back over the statement history, I have seen the statement date shown inside the PDF is anywhere from 2 to 4 days after the 9th of the month.
For reference my gas account with ZOG takes over 2 weeks before the end of month statement is available.0 -

Had no trouble with them had 2 bills now. They email me to provide a meter reading and a couple of days later I get the bill online. For me they were cheapest provider cheaper than Bulb, might not be case for everyone else. I left Bulb to come to UP back in Jan 20190

I am billed 25 - 24 on elec and 20 - 19 on gas. My monthly statements are normally added on the 24 and 19 of the following month.
I can cope with it taking a month, as they are accurate, using the figures I give.0 -

I provide weekly readings on a Saturday, but in addition to this, always provide readings on the 19 and 24.0 -

I submit my readings on the 14th of each month, as my statements are generated on the 15th of each month. I usually find that my statement is available to view online on around the 17th or the next working day - so for this month, I should be able to view my statement on the 18th (tomorrow).0
