Oh indie well done on the win, how lovely, it's wonderful we can treat ourselves ad family with this hobby there is no way we can afford it otherwise! Glad nephews able to drive again xx
Canterbury was amazing even managed to pop in debenhams got fitted for a bra and came out with 2, 4 pairs of panties for £30 ..Primark always shrink plus 32g hard to find! I have my eye on a french camisole and knickers ..think will ask fil will "buy" them for me (ie send my sil in to buy them when she asks for him what I would like..hes 84 and very wonderful but rather forgetful)
We handled the roman and anglo-saxon skeleton, one had been murdered (huge pick axe looking hole in head) Not your normal weekend activity, now warmer weathers here should be able to fit some digs in.
Didn't manage gardening but kitchen has been flyladied into an inch of it's life!
Have a wonderful day all, wine in hand, roast in the oven..I even have make up on! Much love to all.
Oh thanks re nursing home funding info xxCompers challenge 27/70

Good Morning,
Misty start here and been raining, so annoyed we are due to miss the good weather in this area! Booked Sunday night away, near Whitley Bay before our caravan holiday neat St Abbs on Monday. It is showing brilliant sunshine there and rain here and as there was offer on......
Hope you enjoyed the garden centre FF. Did you buy anything?
Great you are getting on with the garden Alfie. We are trying to do some and have managed to do some without getting a sore back.
You sound like you had a good day mummy2.
Hope your mum is ok wingo. Parents do start to be a worry especially when we have children to worry about too. DH goes on about us being the sandwich generation. At least we don't have his parents to worry about too. Hope you enjoyed your holiday.
Hope you enjoy meeting your friend leanfun.
Wishing everyone a lucky week.

:hello: Good morning everyone
Hope you're all well on this glorious start to the week.
I had a wonderful time yesterday! Lovely drive over
Lymington way, lots of horses, donkeys, cattle etc doing
their own thing and this:
https://www.ukcyclingevents.co.uk/events/wiggle-new-forest-spring-sportive/
:eek: :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'd totally forgotten that they have this event every year!
However it was lovely to see all the cyclists - they had a
fairly tricky route though, quite a few steep hills to
contend with. Perfect weather though. So, my trip out
took longer than expected, but was still enjoyable & I
even managed to stop off at my favourite garden centre
for a cuppa & slice of cake too!
Sounds as if you had a lovely time yesterday fire**fly
at the garden centre. Lol, I wouldn't have hesitated
either! You know what I'm like! Pleased you had a greatl
time. :T
Happy belated birthday wishes sylv - hope you had a
wonderful day. xxx

Sorry to hear that you had no success in buying a jacket
yesterday leanfun. I always find lingerie departments
overwhelming! Pleased you found what you were
after in the end. I honestly hate trawling around the shops
then coming home with nowt!
I've never heard of fly lady mummy2, had to google it!
:rotfl::rotfl: Must admit though it sounds brilliant - and well
done to you re kitchen! :T :j Hope you had a lovely relaxing
evening after all of that!
 Hi wingo, lovely to 'see' you.Hope you had an
enjoyable couple of weeks off work - bet the time flew by
though!
Well must fly myself, have a lovely and lucky day all
and please take care whatever your plans.

Good Morning,
Glad you have lovely weather Alfie. It is like the middle of winter here - torrential rain and 50mhp winds with flood warnings in area! Going to get some sunshine on Thursday afternoon according to forecast.
Well done on the wine mummy2 (yes equivalent of 2 bottles!)
You have a busy time, having had 3 boys and a girl I remember it well. Glad they are all grown up now! Whitley Bay is lovely and yes their fish and chips are amazing and usually huge.
A bay treee sounds lovely FF. I bought 20 pansies yesterday and planted them so hope they are ok in the bad weather. They shouldn't get thirsty anyway.
Hope everyone has a lucky day and their weather is better than ours.
