Good Morning, it's a wet start to the day here.Glad i got most of my washing done yesterday.I am off to shops later for a few things then just catching up with housework. Hope you all have a lucky day

Just hoping to get the funeral details soon so we can try and organise accomodation and see if kids can manage to get time off etc.

Good Morning. Hope you can organise things sheils.How far away is it?
It's a dry day here but windy. I have put some washing out so shouldn't take long to dry.Also did some weeding whilst waiting for 2nd load of washing to finish.I wish plants grew as quick as weeds.lol.Just taking DS to his hobby group later and have nothing else planned. Hope you all have a lucky day.

Been really wet here although dry at the moment.

Seems to be one thing after another here. DS3 moved jobs and hasn't been paid from the last one. DS1 coming over from Sydney on 11th (although I told him we would be away until 13th) DD trying to help a friend who has split with her husband and not giving her access to house or car etc. Still waiting on funeral arrangements. Could do with a nice to win to cheer me up!



It is only 4 hrs driving for us indie but DS3 is another 3and a half hours driving away or several hours and changes by train and bus.

It is our hedges and bushes that are going wild here!

Morning, Dry here again and the wind has gone but looking at the forecast it will be back at the weekend.What's that saying sheils "it never rains but pours"I hope a nice win comes your way soon.
4 hours drive is long enough,without the extra bit for DS3. I hope the arrangements are sorted soon for you.At least you can plan things then.
I am going to the hospital with my DS later this afternoon as he finally has his appointment with the consultant, and his GF has to work,so once he know what is what he can move forward.

Morning, hospital visit went ok. Still not sure what he has so another stool test is called for and he has to take a pill with a camera in. How that works we don't know yet but consultant said years ago they just said you had IBS OR Crons but now with all the technology they have they can pin point what you have and where it is. Amazing what they can do now. I was working yesterday and got my course today,then working the weekend so busy few days for me.Hope your all ok and have a good day.

Glad they are being thorough and hopefully get your DS sorted out soon. Sounds like you are having a busy time.


Things going from bad to worse here as DD has split with her lovely bf and returned home for the meantime. She is still waiting to start her new job as something needs to go through the system and she was a bit late handing it in. Should have been sorted by now though.
Anyway, heading to Leeds area for 3 nights tomorrow, forecast dreadful but never mind. When we get back DS1 will be here from Sydney.

SIL's Funeral is on 20th so we have booked a night away then as there and back is too much for one day.

Morning, sorry to hear about your DD sheils, but they tried again and that's all they can do. Hopefully she gets started in her new job soon.Let's hope weather isn't as bad as they forecast for your time away. We had gale force winds here yesterday and they were so strong they moved our huge bins at work,luckily they never hit anything.We just seem to have heavy showers here today as the wind has died down a little but the showers are very heavy.
Now you have a date for the funeral you can organise things better.
I had better get a move on as work calls,already got up late as it is,lol

I haven't been comping for 3 years and I have forgotten how to change the way the competition is displayed for me, I want to work from the last page in earliest end dates,if that makes sense? 🤔🤔 xx
