Alfie pleased you made it home before the rain. Thanks for interesting links.
Weather was the same here yesterday. April showers and sunshine I was in and out with the washing till I gave up. Today has been brilliant drying weather.

Indie reading about you all struggling with the sifa made me laugh too. I can just imagine Charlie staring at you all. Hope your new one is in in no time and you are pleased with it.

I’m still pleased with the new one we bought years ago. On Saturday I heard 8 year old GS imitating me saying ‘don’t jump on the furniture’ to 6 yr old GS.

Indie hope you are back in Instagram soon.

Take care everyone and Good luck.

    :hello: Good evening

It’s been a beautiful weather day today, much nicer than
yesterday. No sudden showers although having said that - I
still went out this morning with umbrella & pac a mac in my
bag ...... just in case! :p

Apart from hair trim & bit of food shopping this morning,
I’ve just been out in my garden pottering about, sorting out
bits & bobs, pruning some plants & having a bit of a tidy
up. Off out tomorrow to treat myself to another pair of
secateurs & loppers - I was hoping to win some but with
my track record it’d be quicker to go & buy them! :D

You did make me chuckle indie re struggling to get old sofa
etc out to make way for new 3 piece! :rotfl::rotfl:
Especially when you were all sat on dining room chairs in
the evening with Charlie boy looking & wondering what the
hell was going on! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: It reminded me of my
past experiences - at least we can all laugh about it. :D

Also lol at your GS imitating you leanfun (to younger GS) re
    no jumping on furniture. :rotfl:

Blimey, it’s just 9.00 & it’s pitch black out. This year seems
to be whizzing by. Soon be Christmas! :rudolf: :xmassmile

Have a lovely evening all, take care.

    Morning all,

Just popped in to say funeral went well with a huge turnout. Met few of DHs cousins I had never met before and his remaining aunt and uncle managed to attend so nice to see them again.
Just had lovely breakfast at Holiday Inn and off to Erddig NT this morning before going to Chester so hoping for nice relaxing day.
    Sun is shining anyway.

    Sunny here this morning.

Sheils pleased to hear funeral went well and was well attended. Sad occasion but great for your DH to meet up with family.
Did I dream it or is it your DH’s birthday today? If it is hope you have a good day at NT property and in A nice meal in Chester.

Well I’ve just had a great surprise. The make up mags daily win I had snap with Indies’s son did not arrive. His arrived ok and Indie gave me some advice re a deleted email. Weeks ago trying to save the email I deleted it. My yahoo trash came up with an email address for the magazine and I emailed them on Monday. Someone kindly followed it up and I’ve received the prize today! It’s a full set of makeup so a good prize. Thanks for the help Indie.

I’ve found out that if you contact yahoo within a week of delegating an email they can restore it for you. Longer it’s lost forever.

Better do some more washing and ironing now. Good luck everyone.
