Evening, kissing friday is a day i have not heard of, very interesting. Couldn't do it now,lol. It's been a day of light showers here and cold with it.I have been catching up with comps and just pottering around in between.Hope you have all have a good day.

More or less the same weather pattern here indie - we
ended up with showers in the afternoon & it turned
quite chilly! Brrrrr!


Apparently (according to local forecast), the weekend's
looking pretty good but then it all goes pear
shaped come Tuesday!

Morning. Never heard of Kissing Friday either Alfie.

Indie there always seem to be loads of comps. I cross out many more than I enter and have no patience with gleams. However, I just saw one for a Samsung phone DS would like. It’s closing today with 527179 entries. There are 6 ways to enter giving 23 entries. If there were only gleam comps I wouldn’t be comping for sure.

Morning, i am the same with Gleam, if there are only a few other ways to enter then i will but some have 21 different ways so don't enter many. We have a lovely sunny day here but it's windy. I have just cleaned bathroom and stairs and taking a break now.Got to pop out later for a few fridge fillers but as both son and his GF are working all day i can get on and clean things.Hope you all have a good weekend.

It's a blustery day here, (amber weather warning)
& apparently due to be the same on Wednesday! Just hope my
wooden gates survive! :eek: :rotfl::rotfl: It's raining too at the
mo but we did have glorious sunshine about 30mins ago.


Now the sun's shining again! This weather certainly keeps us
on our toes! My internet keeps pinging on & off too which
doesn't help re trying to comp.

can't get my head round Twitter/Instagram comps so that just
leaves me with the bog standard entries. :think: Hmmmm, maybe

Afternoon, very windy here today but suns out. I have been busy re-aranging things in my conservatry.I know what you mean about your gates Alfie as i keep checking the fence panels out back.They are still there but a few things have blown around the garden.Hopefully it will ease down later. Hope everyone is having a good day

Afternoon. Been very windy here too. It stops for a few minutes then off again.

We have GS here this afternoon. Just finished playing indoor tennis with small bats and a balloon. Bought these bats from Mothercare when he was 3 or 4 and they stopped selling them when I wanted some for younger GKs. Having a break now. He wants to keep on but my energy has gone.

Alfie I’ve been trying twitter but think I’ve been doing it all wrong but have had a few wins from there. Instagram is something else. So far one small win last year. Ever hopefull. Most of my wins are from the web comps. Alfie keep going let’s hope you have a win soon.

DD2 sent a pic yesterday of a tree down on a road near them her DH and only driven along there a few minutes before. Fortunately no one was hurt.

It's lovely & calm this morning (thank goodness) & we have
beautiful sunshine, although still quite chilly. Late yesterday
evening we also had a hail storm, rounding off the day
nicely! :rotfl:


Thank goodness DD2 & DH were safe from the fallen tree
leanfun. xx


Quite a few trees etc came down yesterday, the gale seems
to have caused havoc everywhere. _pale_ Hope everyone
stayed safe. Thankfully the only damage here was my dustbin
doing a roly-poly & ending up by my kitchen door.


My gates live to see another day. :j Although we have another
amber weather warning for Wednesday. Hope your fence
panels are ok indie.


My internet sorted itself in the end fire**fly. :T Can't be doing
without computer/iPad. :eek: Isn't it strange/scary how the
majority of us have come to rely on all things technical now!


Popped out to the shops early this morning & stocked up with
some provisions - I think the remainder of the day will see
me outside gardening. Pretty sure tomorrow is going to be a
damp day!
