Raining here this morning. No sign of any sleet or snow.
Got to go and walk DD's dog, Ollie as she has Uni today so hope it dries up. DD coming for dinner tonight too. She will be finding it strange with her bf away on his course.
Haven't had time to study the car theft links yet although I have heard of it on TV before. Our new car is sitting in drive like an ornament as we aren't off anywhere for a little while. DS3 will be here for week or so on Thurday night. (weather permitting)
There is a good sale on IHG so trying to decide what to book. We have quite a lot booked already so trying to have a happy medium! Get carried away with bargains sometimes.
    Hope everyone is ok.
Must enter some comps. Good Luck to all.

Morning cold but no snow yet.

Alfie thanks for the Which lnk. I found the whole thing about the Faraday inventions really interesting despite not understanding it all.

Chocolate lover great your DS loves the programme. The names are supposed to teach rhyming but that passed me by. They do run competitions there were advent ones and often there are local ones.

Sheils great you have already bought DD her present at a good price.

I had a suprise delivery yesterday of an architect’s pencil set michael graves. There are 24 pencils on Amazon £19.99. So these are going in the present cupboard for now. I could not find the comp anywhere.

We had a great night last night. It was another very small venue in the basement of Pizza Express. The singer was singing Billie Holiday songs one of DHs favourite singers. We made it hope just after midnight but was well worth all the effort. Feel a bit bleary eyed this morning.

Keep warm, take care and be lucky.

Morning peeps. Snow here for me and it looks pretty miserable outside. Neighbour and I were going to head out to the pub for lunch but she is even more wary than me at walking on slippy surfaces. Hope I find everyone well.

Thanks it is FireFly. It didn’t come up when I searched several times and I was very puzzled. Can thank the poster now. My first win from that magazine. ilovemycat.gif

Have just been delivered a box of craft things to make cards ribbons etc so loads to do with GK's for the next few years (it is a huge bundle) GS will probably get fed up with it but dil gd and me will not. Do not usually enter craft things unless it is something I did as a youngster but this is something I did do. Off to find poster.
