    :hello: Good morning all

Hope everyone's ok - think I'll be out gardening today after my
walk. Looks like it'll be sunny all day today, soleil07j.gif but we have a
yellow weather warning in place for Tuesday/Wednesday re
    snow! flocon-14.gif

The Big Garden Birdwatch went well yesterday - quite a few
birdies came to feast - it's amazing how quickly the hour flew
    by though!

My little GD's love 'In The Night Garden' chocolatelover93. :D
I see they're doing another live theatre tour soon - very popular
    with the little'uns. :grinheart

Had a big surprise this morning I had a message over on twitter to say I’ve won tickets to a Jazz concert tomorrow evening. DH is really chuffed.

It’s been a cold wet day here. Hope everyone has an enjoyable evening.

Thanks re my posting the Mutts comp leanfun. I do tend to
worry though that my post will end up being a duplicate
although I try to do a thorough search. Thankfully (touch
wood) they've been ok ..... up to now! :p

Very well done on your twitter Jazz Concert tickets win
yesterday. :j Brilliant prize - have a wonderful time this
    evening! :T

Have a lovely & lucky Monday all and please take care,
    whatever your plans.

Just cold here today so far.

Chocolatelover you and your DS watching in the Night made me smile. All our grandchildren loved watching that. Don’t worry about doing comps suddenly you’ll find a few minutes to do some.

Great you did the bird watch Alfie. Great you are keeping up the walking. We might be lucky with the weather tonight supposed to be 0 but low chance of rain.

Reading about the headlines about increase in stolen cars over the weekend made me think DHs is a key less one. I just went to delete emails and found one with a recommendation for a Faraday cage to prevent theft and have ordered a pack of two from Amazon. You can build one yourself.

    https://www.autoexpress.co.uk/accessories-tyres/103187/best-faraday-bag-car-key-signal-blockers-2018

In looking for this link I found some which really gave me a headache as physics and me don’t go.
    http://www.faradaycage.org

    https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faraday_cage

This one amused me. Who would go to such lengths.

    https://www.sciencealert.com/a-talented-bar-owner-in-the-uk-has-built-a-faraday-cage-to-stop-customers-using-their-phones

Well on that note better crack on.

Hope everyone has a good day. Keep warm and be lucky.

Morning everyone. Bright and sunny here but still cold. Need to nip over to shop for a couple of things at some point this morning. Still a bit of a struggle walking and carrying anything but have a trolley that I have dug out so should not be to bad. Hope I find everyone well.
  • Alfie - I will have a look at the tour my son would love that so much! He had 5 iggle piggles (including one thats the same size as him!), 2 makka pakkas and the tombliboos haha.

I've just had a look on the tour website and gonna see if I can take him he'll love it!! :D

Was a lovely day here after a frosty start. We have sleet forecast for tomorrow though.

No idea what In the Night Garden is. It seems so strange to be so out of touch with children now after having 4. My DD who is the youngest will be 21 in May. Just ordered her present today as she saw a sale on Pandora for the bracelet she wanted so let me know! Ordered a lovely celebration flower charm that was in the sale too. She has already got a bracelet but it is full so I had promised to get her another one.

Hope the jazz concert went well leanfun.

Glad the bird watch went well Alfie.

Evening shiels. Just had a look out as I was making a cuppa and we have sleet here at the moment and it has turned really cold.

Evening rose. Dd's bf is up your way just now doing a Fireman's course. Luckily he got up the road without any bother this morning.
    Looking frosty here already.

    :hello: Hi all

Spent a fair bit of time outside yesterday (walking/gardening),
making the most of the sunshine. :D

No snow here today (thank goodness) but apparently rain/
sleet may be expected later on in the day.

Many thanks for all your brilliant links yesterday leanfun,
very interesting but extremely scary. _pale_ Who'd have
thought? It takes just 18 seconds for thieves to steal your
keyless car using 'the relay attack'. Brilliant that you've
ordered Faraday signal blockers, will give you & DH peace
    of mind.

After reading your links I found the following:

    https://www.which.co.uk/news/2019/01/how-easy-is-your-car-to-steal/

^^^ Also gives plenty of info (well worth a read) plus .....
if you scroll about half way down the page, there's a link
to a car survey (with a prize of £2500). Haven't looked
to see what it involves yet.

Please take care when venturing out rose, particularly if
weather conditions up your way are iffy. :A

Can't believe your DD is nearly 21 sheils, where does the
time go? My daughter owns two Pandora bracelets too, son-
in-law always buys her special charms for birthday &
    Christmas. True love. :p:heart:

Alfie - I will have a look at the tour my son would love that so much! He had 5 iggle piggles (including one thats the same size as him!), 2 makka pakkas and the tombliboos haha.

Brilliant news chocolatelover :T - I just know your little boy
will love every minute - hope you get to take him - he sounds
like their number one fan! :j

My GD's had their photo taken with Igglepiggle etc. :grinheart Love
all the quirky names too. :D

Have a lovely Tuesday all and please take care, whatever
    your plans.

When i came home from work son had done all the washing and hung it out, then brought it in dry.I have today off so it saves me doing that today, lol. Hope you all had a good weekend.
