Mooloo’s Managing it in 2018

Just my thoughts feel free to disregard.
Sometimes looking from the outside in you just don’t ‘get’ why things are happening in a particular way!
You sunlight lamp is like a medical treatment for you, you know and understand that. You are aware you function and feel better when it is sunny and the day and the daylight hours are long and your sunlight lamp substitutes that.
Now, if I was aware of that by now I would have bought another lamp on urgent delivery and if the lead shows up I would then have two, one for work and one for home.
You have managed to save a little, buy a new TV etc so why oh why are you no prioritising your health and getting a lamp in place.
I truly don’t ‘get’ it..0 -
Doing a little market research on a sewing forum, on FB and am amazed at the immediate response to my questions.
It is spurring me on to rebuild my dreams and remould my working world.
The time for change is coming and I am going to continue to adapt my business accordingly. Let go of what is not working etc
That's what business is about afterall.
But today I am now going to spend the afternoon with Biggest and her family.
The evening is back to the sewing, I have my trolley full again, and last night I started on an order that's for cushions and bunting.
Keep positive Moo.When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -

I didn't but the TV, Biggest did, but I get your point.
I used my savings this week, after a rethink, doing down some debt, but I suppose it boils down to the fact that I am sure that the lead is here somewhere.
A new lamp is over £200 at the moment.
I will have another look first then will admit defeat and get another charger when I pay myself on Wednesday. If I haven't found it.When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I FOUnd it!
Lamp now charging!
It was in a box in the bedroom that used to be in the sewing room before DS had moved back in. £20 saved. Future days will be brighter. When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
Have a look on Amazon, Mooloo - there are medically certified SADlamps there at £60 - or even less! xxxxxx Treat yourself to one for your workshop/shop as well as one for home - you need to support your own health xxx0

When my one is charged, I should only need 20 minutes in front of it each day, so I shouldn't need two of them. Butit is a small one I could take in my handbag if I had tooWhen I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0

Consider upping your time in front of your lamp Mooloo - try adding another 20 minutes each day - maybe whilst you do your relaxation tapes?
You need to get your energy levels up and your depression levels down xx0 -

That's so true.
I will sit with it on in the morning and when I get back in from work. That's my lowest point of the day.
Just watched a Christmas movie with Dgd. I confess I didn't do any sewing today after all. So tomorrow I am have to double down and get it sorted. The work won't do itself after all.
I have some cushion pads on order so I will be working on my orders for them to be finished in the evenings. As I have plenty of zips to do during the day, and a wedding to finish. My Seamstress is starting on the last wedding of the year tomorrow.
Then I also have a campervan cushions to finish.
So definitely need my energy back along side my mojo and my positive thoughts back tomorrow. Today is the only time out day I can take for the next three weeks really. I have a full diary then.
I know that I will do it. I am positive that a session of my lamp in the morning will help me, and one after work. I can't do it before bed or I don't sleep, and I have enough trouble not sleeping! When I die I will know that I have lived, loved, mattered and made a difference, even if in a small way.0 -
I'm so glad the lead turned up, Mooloo! :j0
