Congratulations Top Girl & Happy Birthday Tweets.
Well it’s very cold here but no snow at the moment, though it did try to earlier today......as a result there’s no milk or bread in Tescos at all & people were resorting to long life stuff.......my attitude is if I run out of milk there’s always the wine lol!
Really wanting comfort food but resisting - got my beef with ginger & pak choy ready for tomorrow.
Kathrynha - is it ok if I let you know my target for the next challenge on Saturday? I’m just hoping I lose the Christmas gain in time lol
My kind of thinking usually - although not at the moment:rotfl: - but not drinking much tea either!

Beef with ginger and pak choi sounds fabulous.
:
Oh it’s my real comfort food & simple to make - beef, chopped ginger, chillis, chicken stock, dark soy sauce, as many mushrooms as you want, spring onions & pak choi. All in the slow cooker so the smell when you come through the door has you drooling lol0 -

Oh, and for the challenge, I'll aspire to my usual 1lb per week, ie 9lbs, but with a few celebrations over this period, I may be being a tad ambitious (as always). Thanks, Kathryn.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400

Happy Birthday Tweets!!
Evening all. Great loss Kathryn, you're on a roll again. I'll let you know my target after weigh in on Friday, if that's OK.
I didn't forgo the chips tonight as planned but there were only a few, also had a small glass of wine, but I did resist a wonderful dessert menu. I ended the day over syns but I can make this up over the next couple of days.
Tomorrow's plan
B Banana and Alpen Light
L WW wrap with chicken and salad, yoghurt and berries
Snack Apple
D KFC style chicken and SW chips with salad/veg
Lots of chicken but it all needs to be eaten up... and I like chicken!
Keep warm everyone.0 -
