Hi everyone, I'd like to join in again for the new year. In October, I managed to get down to my lowest weight (10st 3lbs) which was 10lb away from target. Then I went to America for 2 weeks and since then have struggled to get back on plan. Tomorrow is a new start and I am determined to get down to target (9st 7lbs) in 2018. Will weigh in tomorrow and see just how much damage I've done and how far I have to go.
Wishing you all a happy new year. We can do this!Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -

Hello again everyone! Just off to bed now,. New day,new week,new year tomorrow. Dont expect to see my tribe tomorrow,they'll be ''recuperating'' I think.
Dont know if I'll even lose an ounce at Tuesday WI,what with a short week and an awful lot of vodka today,but I'll start the new year with an exemplary day tomorrow - I hope!
Locking the alcohol away tonight,no more till my 70th birthday,31st Jan. Hopefully I can lose 4-5 pounds this month.:)0 -
