    Evening all.

Have a good holiday Barleysugar and Denise, I hope you can enjoy the sunshine despite hubby being unwell.
Kathryn I'm pleased that you're managing to cope with the withdrawal and a great loss - things are looking brighter for you at last! (other than DDs injury - I hope she feels better soon).
And a big well done MrsR on the job!
Beanie, hope your weigh in is better than expected.
Bubbs don't be disheartened - you've been here before!

    Todays menu has been:
    B Alpen light and banana
L LO chilli pasta and an apple
D Chicken wrapped in bacon with SW spicy wedges, cauli, peas and spinach, orange - just realised that's no syns so far! and half HEXB. I'll see whether I'm hungry later on. Weigh in tomorrow so might not bother....

    Tomorrow:
    B as today
L Ham sandwich with tomatoes and pickles, apple, orange
D Not sure yet - we'll see how weigh in goes!

    Have a good night, everyone.

It!!!8217;s pleasing to hear you!!!8217;re feeling that things are settling down for you, Kathryn, even when your daughter threw a big spanner in the works. I hope she recovers and can get back to football. Great news on your pain reduction progress.

Denise, I!!!8217;m sorry your OH is having a rotten time, but I'm sure you'll make the most of your break.

That pie actually looks like a real pie, bubbs!

Enjoy your holiday, BarleySugar. Where are you headed?

    Congrats on new job, Mrs_R.

Doing ok SW wise, just. Now been told that daughter!!!8217;s C-section, planned for 5th March, may be sooner as baby is BIG. Her firstborn was 9lbs 10ozs, so I don!!!8217;t know what big is likely to be. She has another hospital appointment on Tuesday, so hopefully we may know more after that.

Another calamity here !!!8211; our wee cat has an abscess on her eye (ouch!). She has drops and gel and hates getting them. She has to go back to vet tomorrow.

Since car broke and Dh had flu!!!8217; and we were away, I!!!8217;ve been completely out of routine. I had to cancel hospital visit as I had a bout of !!!8220;dashing-in-a-rush-running-hard-or-else-accident!!!8221;! Today I was at hairdresser. Tomorrow morning I!!!8217;m waiting at my son!!!8217;s house for the plumber (DH will take over at lunch time, after his bowls). Then I!!!8217;m going to meet a friend for lunch. On Saturday I have to return the hire car (which has hardly been used because I got mine back sooner than expected) before going to the football. Sunday is free !!!8211; so far!

Breakfast: hexb roll, poached egg, asparagus, cooked ham, banana
Lunch (at 3.30) Mug Shot sweet & sour, 3 x min cranberry & coconut mini crispbreads (2)
    Dinner: spaghetti Bolognese, parmesan (1 ½ )
    Snack: hexa cheese & grapes

    Night all.

ETA that dessert looks fab, apart from the choc sauce, bubbs

Not expecting good news at weigh in tonight.
    Feel bloated.
The hall where the class is is so chuffing cold you have to wear warm clothes.
Last week people wore jackets & hats!!
