Finally, a loss :o Only -1, and I'm still a pound heavier than I started this challenge, but it's a step in the right direction :)
These last few pounds are proving hard to shift!

    Brilliant Beanie!

I couldn't agree more, Greentiger! Although I do have a casual job, it's only something like 10 weeks or less a year - goodness knows how I did this for 32 years!

Sunshinemummy I think it's you and I that have/had the same or similar job; though I never got invited to a hotel room, I was often invited to 'F... off!:rotfl:

-1lb for me today - very happy with that. Is it the end of the challenge?? If so I've not reached target (again) - hey ho...

Well done losers, commiserations to the gainers, keep on keeping on everyone!
    Well done both:T:T:T

    lost 1 lb this week:j

nice change from gaining 1/2 lb a week 3 weeks running!:rotfl::rotfl:
one more pound will make 4 stone in total.

It was a relief when my granddaughter was safely delivered of her baby boy on Wednesday after they had to induce labour as the baby at 36 weeks was barely growing. So 5 1/5 lbs was a pretty decent weight in the circumstances and the baby seems strong and has no oxygen problems. He was probably just being naughty and impatient to get out into the world!:D:D. He is my first great grandson after 6 granddaughters and a great granddaughter. Great relief all round, perhaps I can get back to losing weight instead of stress snacking:):)
One more pound for 4 stone.....maybe next week?

    Well done dusty and esmy.:T

I think there's another week of the challenge left after this one.:)

Many congratulations on your great grandson dusty and fingers crossed for your 4 stone next week.:T

I got all the shopping done and it's all put away. Just having a little break before starting on dinner. When I did my meal plan I realised that I'm eating out three times this week: tomorrow, Monday and Thursday.

Congratulations on your great grannyhood, dusty.

Well done, Chrisv, dusty and esmy.

Ouch, maman, that car bill hurts! I like my car, I!!!8217;ve had him since he was born 7 years ago, he has a low mileage, he!!!8217;s diesel too (dreadful price now) and has a £20 road tax, which (until this week) along with the servicing and occasional tyre, is all he!!!8217;s cost me. I keep telling myself that it!!!8217;d be the !!!8216;right!!!8217; thing eco wise to keep him (he!!!8217;s called Carles, by the way, after Carles Puyol ex Barcelona captain, because reg has PUY) instead of joining the disposable society.

And yes, it has distracted me from eating !!!8211; the best choices, doh! Nibbling here and there, no excuse.

Blue tailed fly comes to mind, beanie. And I was at son!!!8217;s house at 8.45 this morning (in town B) waiting for plumber to fix their toilet! I escaped by 10.15.

Tomorrow my husband and I take the barely used hire car back to Falkirk, then come home to go and get DD and DGS and take them to Falkirk for the match! The original plan was to have lunch in Falkirk, but then DD and DGS wanted to come but her DH needs their car (in which she is finding it increasingly difficult to fit, lol!).

Disastrous day SW wise, so not eating dinner just now. I may have a JP later with tuna and salad, but that sounds more filling than I actually want. Thought of a cheese/veg omelette, but I don!!!8217;t much fancy it. Or another uninspiring Mug Shot. That leaves my hexa cheese and fruit for supper.
