  • Barleysugar,

    Have a great holiday x

  • It has dawned on me though, that I've not my HEXA. Since I moved onto herbal teas, I am actually struggling to use my HEXA. I don't eat cheese every day. Should I just go and slug some out of the bottle or not worry too much?

I only drink black coffee and green tea, and never get my HEXA.... but as I have loads of quark I don't worry.

    :D:D:D:D:D

    Breakfast/lunch

    2 tomato
    ham
    cottage cheese
    quark
    blue berries

    Tea
Veg, veg, veg, and more veg.
    quark
    blue berries.

Someone in the office asked to taste quark yesterday.... she spat it out. Apparently it was the worst thing that ever passed her lips........ I just said 'really'....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

An early weigh in for me this week as we're off on holiday early tomorrow. I'm afraid we had a meal out today to start the holiday so tonight I’m STS.

No doubt I'll have gained a few lbs when we get back in a fortnight.:rotfl::rotfl:

Thanks everyone for your encouragement and motivation. Hope the poorlies feel better soon.

    Have a lovely holiday:D:D

    Hiya
Sorry I keep vanishing. Lost the plot again Saturday.. weighed in last night with a 3lb gain. However when I came back off holiday I weighed myself and I had a 5.5lbs gain- so its heading in the right direction :D
I had some good news yesterday- I have a new job! After 4 years being written off on ESA I have been successful in gaining a part time job in customer service with an insurance company :j Unfortunately I celebrated last night :D with chippy chips, 4 crusty rolls and butter, and chocolate :o
Been laid up today as my problematic shoulder has been mega painful but I have been good :)
B: HEXB HiFi x 2, Apple, decaf tea with HEXA
L: LMC Ro&R sausages, mash, big salad. Satsuma x 2, water
T: Asda good and counted cottage pie ready meal (2.5) green beans, broccoli, carrot, cauliflower. Quark with 2 x Fudge Highlights (4) and blueberries; water
S: Chicken thighs and bag of crisps (6.5)
    Syns: 13
Hope everyone is doing okay. Enjoy your holiday Barley! :)

Not expecting good news at weigh in tonight.
    Feel bloated.
The hall where the class is is so chuffing cold you have to wear warm clothes.
Last week people wore jackets & hats!!

That's great news about getting back into the world of work MrsR. Good for you!:T

I'm pleased that I've managed another SP lunch today, that's a full week. I'm going to keep going with that and keeping carbs down. Although I haven't been to WI it's a new week for me. I have two meals out this week but I have a bit of control on both so I'll do my best.

    Today's EE plan:
B: NAS grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, half HEB toast
L: LO cottage pie with veg and pickled cabbage
D: HM burger, SW chips, roast BNS, sir fry veg, fried onions and berries with yogurt
Syns: none planned so maybe 3.5 of chocolate
