    Posting too late for the chart this week, but -1lb for me.

    Sorry to have been quiet recently but have been crazy busy at work. Have been sticking to plan however. My menu today

    Breakfast: omelette with spinach, salmon and cheese (Hea)
    Lunch: vegetable soup, wholemeal roll (HEB)
    Dinner: salmon, green veg

    Snacks: almonds (6), apple.

    My consultant says it does not matter if you eat at 5, 7, 9 or 11 makes no difference. we eat early as up at 5.20 every day
