    Morning all

Early start for me today, no idea why. I found a website yesterday called twochubbycubs. Very funny blog coupled with loads of SW recipes. I made their meatball masala sauce and it was seriously incredible. Some of their overnight oats (admittedly with syns but not so many it's improbable) look delicious.

Anyway, after a so-so week my weigh in shows -1lb. I'll take that as I had three last week. That's my first stone off :T:T:T

One last thing - herbal tea. I have discovered I love it. Tetley Indulgence Gingerbread and Cookies & Cream. Also, Twinings Buttermint. Smells and tastes like Murray Mints. Delicious.

    Have a good Sunday x

I am addicted to herbal tea.... especially green tea with lemon which I have drank for years after being told it is good to help you loose weight.... I can categorically state that it tastes vile, and does NOT do anything in the weight loss area. But now I am addicted and apparently it is only good for this if you stop putting food in your mouth! doh!

    Off to read twochubbycubs
