Thank you Maman
Hope the vibes arrive. It's a long way as I'm about as far south as possible without being on the Isle of Wight!
I'm a Welsh exile gettingtheresometime
I've walked up Pen y Fan many times but I was young and fit then!:rotfl:
If you enjoy curry in an Indian restaurant and you like the taste of lamb then should like the Aldi ready meal. It's quite hot and spicy with a good thick sauce. I generally have a few mushrooms with it but except for the lamb and spices it's all Speed. I make my own pilau but plain boiled rice is fine with it.0 -

My team are amazingly brilliant, as is most of the extended team, and we have moved offices so no longer near ginger smell haterZebras rock0 -
Aww BEANIE you appeared almost as if by magic. Lots of positive vibes to you and hoping your boycat is doing better now x
I’m sort of glad that I’m not alone in the hourglass dilemma. I guess I’ll have to finally read the instruction book to my sewing machine and actually use it!
BTW I also suffer from the ‘generous’ upper arm problem. Any other takers?!!? :rotfl:Weight loss 2017/2018 - 49 lbs0 -

Well I’m neither young or fit lol!
We walked up the otherside to Pen y Fan (Fan y big) and although I wasn’t speeding up, I went up it a lot quicker than I thought I would....guess that’s what comes of not having an extra 4 stone to carry.
I’ve eaten the curry & I must admit I’m a fan - curry night might be reinstated in the household now lol. Good idea about the mushrooms - will remember that for next time.0 -

I am the complete opposite to a pear; I am a perfect apple. Huge belly and boobs, small arms, legs and bum. I look like a weeble!
Today's menu looked like this:
B - Oat pancakes (delicious) with strawberries, nectarine and raspberries. Two tablespoons of maple syrup @ 4 syns
L - I skipped lunch as breakfast was late
D - Fillet steak with oven roasted BNS, sweet potatoes, peppers, red onions, leeks, mushrooms. Tenderstem broccoli and brussel sprouts on the side.
Tomorrow's dinner is in the slow cooker ready to go and I also made a quiche for lunch.0 -
Not sure what I am shape wise.
Thunder thighs & tree trunk upper arms.

Well done, tweets.
I'm going to try and increase fish days
I just heard that the price of fish is to increase by 11%, maman, so that won’t help you to cut costs now. ☹ I love fish.
Ha Ha, Msm, but this time I didn’t eat them all, surprisingly, so that’s a baby step in the right direction, and, unsurprisingly, I’ve had no inclination to eat any more of them! I’ve tried not having anything in the house, but when the need comes upon me, I have to have something. I’ve raided the freezer of frozen bread to have with extra thick jam before (usually I just have a thin scrape) or I’ll eat all the cheese.
Hope you feel better soon, Whiplashy.
beanie, I’d forgotten about your wee cat – how is he?
Just off to rewrite my menu plan as DD and family are flitting this week, so we’ll be feeding them too.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -

Moneysaverme wrote: »GREENTIGER, I can well understand your Maltesergate disaster:o Sometimes it’s better just to have nothing like that in the house. Isn’t it funny that sometimes we can exercise restraint and ‘be good’ and then other times it all goes out the window and we have to Eat. It. All. Right. Now
Five dress sizes down, that’s an incredible achievement BUBBS :T:T:T. I saw an image on the internet somewhere of different sizes of jeans laid flat on top of each other with the biggest size at the bottom and smallest on the top. These were all worn by someone who had lost a lot of weight and it was an amazing visual representation of the scale of what they had lost. I hope you have kept some bigger clothes so you can see how far you have come.
I’ve just had a mini clothes trying on session. I’ve been cursed with a small waist but generous bum so some things are now too loose on the waist whilst fitting or still too tight on the other. I don’t think SW has an answer for that :rotfl:I'm having a duvet day today. Woke up feeling rough. I've only eaten a nectarine so far as haven't been hungry. I have some homemade burgers in the fridge so might have one of them in a while. Don't feel like having any speed with it though, so plans for an SP day are out the window. Might go mad and use two syns of burger sauce with it :rotfl:
Congrats to all the losers :jgreentiger~~my best boy is not at his best but I am getting used to the new reality of it all really.
