I’ve just had a mini clothes trying on session. I’ve been cursed with a small waist but generous bum so some things are now too loose on the waist whilst fitting or still too tight on the other. I don’t think SW has an answer for that :rotfl:

I'm exactly the same. A total hour glass figure, and the more weight I lose the more hourglass I become. So far I have lost 5cm off my chest, 18cm off my hips and 31cm off my waist.

I tend to wear skirts a lot, and go for an A-line shape which is naturally thinner at the waist, but I do end up attacking most of my clothes with a needle and thread.

Gladly beanie Positive vibes shooting north right this minute!! :D

I've got a thin waist too. I can always tell when I'm at the top of my range when my stomach isn't flat and my thighs get too fat. That's why a pair of clean jeans is as good a guide as stepping on the scales.

Not rushing back, just bored, and to be honest it is easier to do less physical stuff at work, where they won't let me, than at home where I am still expected to be a carer.

I have a skirt where the waist band does the same, although I have had to go up a size at the moment, but that's due to bruising, swelling and stitches.

  • Kathrynha I understand your reasoning & it sounds as if you’ve got people there who’d physically restrain you from going ott .....apart from them moaning about the smell of ginger that is.

Big cwtch time beanie as well as Welsh vibes

Well hubby decided I needed to up my body magic today so we got up early & went walking up the Brecon Beacons......I would say the view was lovely but all I could see was cloud lol. Got battered by the wind as well. No wonder the army go up there to train.

Was going to go out for a meal but as neither of us had any real preferences where to go, we’ve decided to stay in & get an Indian ....but I did go to Aldi & get a lamb Rogan Josh ....will tell you what I think of it tomorrow. Also bought some of the lean meatballs as I fancy meatballs & pasta.

Still haven’t done a shop or a meal plan for this week....oh dear!
