Welcome Cloud88. If you know how much you want to lose by the 4th June I will add you to the spreadsheet

I'm not quite sure I'm afraid, just as much as I can, still a loooooog way to go to target! Can anyone suggest a sensible amount? How much would it be if I went for 2 lb a week?

Normally put my days plan up at the beginning of the day, but not feeling great, so didn't get round to it. Have however managed a really not bad day food wise

    Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
    Lunch - chicken pasta salad
Dinner - peri peri chicken and coleslaw

Syns - bun (only small so guessing 7-8), salad dressing (2), humous (2)

The target is just something to aim for, and it can be changed later. 2lb a week would be 10lb by the 4th March

Your choice of course but I prefer to aim low and beat it. I found I lost 1.5 lbs on average each week but it can be higher when you start out. :)

Glad you're pleased with the dress bubbs but even more pleased with the size!! :T

Thanks for leaving curry for me ssm . It's on the menu tonight. :D

Well done all the losers and hugs to those who need them.

    That's a great NSV Bubbs.

I still haven't got round to trying the Aldi Lamb Rogan Josh. Really must pop into Aldi some time - not sure when that will be as don't often get there even though it's in the nearest town. I prefer Lidl to Aldi even though it's further away. Usually go to Lidl about once a fortnight.

DH and I have decided we're going to start playing golf again! It's nearly 6 years since we packed up because of all DH's problems! He's had 3 ops now and feels ready to start again. We went to the driving range today and hit a few balls which we both enjoyed. Was amazed that I could hit the ball better now than when I was playing regularly - how does that happen? Perhaps the break has done me good.

I changed today's planned lunch which was to have been an omelette and some toast but didn't fancy it. DH wanted a pie so ended up making some chips to go with it - thought might as well have some as well.

    B - SW fry up
L - bacon, egg & chips (there was an odd slice of bacon in the fridge which needed using up!)
D - HM faggots; mash, sprouts, peas with syn free onion gravy - 1 syn.

    HEA - milk
HEB - not sure but not had anything so far as it's there if I want something.
    Syns - Ryvita 1 syn

Was reading a blog today where the writer was suggesting aiming to fit 10 different speed foods in per day. I'm not sure I could manage that much but I may try and adapt it to perhaps 6 a day.

    My food today

Brunch: ham and cheese omelette, baked beans (HEA) apple
Dinner: grilled prawns starter, steak, salad, spinach and bearnaise sauce (8 syns)

    No HEB today

Oh, is it 4th March, not 4th June? I'll say 8 lb then please!
