Like I said, come back with some evidence they don’t attend burglary dwellings.

Again Matthew, a police officer will not attend, but the offence will be recorded over the phone and investigated if there is a line of enquiry.

As for the council cctv, it’s down to them to provide the evidence.

And you been given well publicised examples of where police may not always attend a burglary at a dwelling.

Why not just admit you're wrong.

It's not fiction but fact, but the church in question may go this route (i.e a physical barrier) or some other legal way if the OP keeps parking there.

There's plenty of well publicised evidence showing this is quite widespread among forces throughout the UK, particularly in light of recent Home Office figures showing only 1 in 10 suspects of burglary are actually "identified" let alone convicted.
