Didn't manage a NSD as OH needed milk and I also got a deodorant and some jelly pots - £6.20 spent. Went for the run this morning and ran a bit further than usual even in the heat. We've got a 10k at the end of the month so trying to work up to that.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31

Payday from 2nd job and got £36.23 so £14.50 to car fund, £14.50 to clothes fund and £7.23 debt repayment.
Had a nice evening with OH, went for a wee walk and then to the local pub for a drink and some chips to share
. Spent £7.13 which will come out of the social fund. Came home and watched a film together.
Supposed to be my weekend off but working overtime at my job. Not really in the mood for it but the extra money always comes in handy

Had a fairly lazy morning about the flat, pulled up the first tatties and onions from the garden so will incorporate them into tea tomorrow night

Today will be a spend day as I'm meeting my gran for lunch and also need to buy contact lens solution. Then off to work for a late shift. I'm going to park at work as it's fairly central and then walk into town to meet my gran saving a few £s on parking :money:Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31

Definitely, it was around a 40 minute walk there and then back to work.
It ended up being a NSD as my lovely gran paid for lunch and we yapped for so long that I didn't have time to get contact lens solution.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31

Very quick post as I'm up past my bedtime :rotfl: Another NSD but I've now totally ran out of contact lens solution so must get that tomorrow. Went out for a run this evening with my friend, it's only 3 weeks until the 10k.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31

Spendy day today - £25.45 on food, £5.50 on contact lens solution and eye drops plus £12.25 on new keys and key chain. OH managed to lose his keys, our next door neighbour has a spare set so at least he was able to get in without having to traipse up to my work to get my set. Got 2 new keys for £10 (just in case he loses them again) plus a key chain for £2.25 to hopefully prevent this. Took money out of the emergency fund for this. Decided to try some cheaper eye drops, £2.50 rather than the usual £10ish so will see how I get on with those.
Had an email today asking for meter readings so have submitted them. Such a faff getting to the electricity meter but don't want to be caught out with a huge bill like last time.
Had pork chops for tea with tatties from the garden
very yummy. I've added £3.50 to the car fund so now at £200 :T Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31

Quick post before bed, really need to start going earlier, no wonder I'm always tired
. Was on a late shift today so went for a run this morning, did 7k
. It's been a NSD.
Managed to pick up a shift with 2nd job for next week and there's a possibility of one this week too. I let them know I couldn't do the full shift offered as the shift starts at 2 and I don't finish my usual job until 4 so they're going to see if that would be ok and get back to me.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31

2nd job got back to me today and said it's ok for me to go to the shift after usual job
so that will be £25ish next Friday. They also offered me another short shift for next week so that will be £50ish the week after.
Really been struggling with motivation to do anything round for the flat for the last week or so, this evening I set a timer on my phone for 20 minutes at a time and just did a little bit - all the recycling is now in the bin outside, kitchen and bathroom have been cleaned and I've dusted in the living room.
OH is really not well tonight - tired, muddled and balance issues so he went to bed about 2 hours ago. Hopefully he'll be feeling better in the morning.
Got an email about the electricity bill today and it came to £134.13, much more manageable than last time. I had £110 saved towards it, have paid the rest from the usual bills account and will pay it back from my wages from 2nd job. A direct debit went out today as well so rounded down the bank account and paid £3.27 to the debt.Mortgage 26.4.25 - £108,500 1.9.25 - £105,664.31
