Wow everyone has been super busy.

The stamp set I listed yesterday on Facebook has been sold and collected.

I have tidied and decluttered my little one's PJ drawer and found a couple of bits there to get rid of and I have tackled another section of the side board and found several things to sell on Facebook/eBay.

Hoping to get the sideboard finished tomorrow.

  • Today I have decluttered Christmas :( old calendar and advent calendars got rid of, finished eating box of biscuits and got rid of some old decorations we don’t use but came in a set when we got our first tree when we moved in. The house is back to ‘normal’ and I can reach my cuppa from the sofa again now the tree is away!

I have woken much earlier than I needed to and could not get back to sleep so started my decluttering instead.

Found more DVD's to sell, a few old toys and a few things for the rubbish bag.

Now having a nice snuggle with our dog before carrying on.

I upcycled an item destined for landfill today :)

I took a hole(y)cashmere jumper out of the rubbish as I found an upcycling organisation. If you donate a clean 100% cashmere jumper they make you a pair of fingerless gloves as a thank you. They are called Turtledove. I love this idea and it makes it easier it part with old cashmere.

    Have a good day everyone

Three empty cardboard boxes which were living in the hall cupboard just in case they came in handy now in recycling bin.
Two unwanted Christmas presents given to the teenager next door (they were lovely but perfumed and I wouldn't have been able to use them and she certainly will).
OH helped (?) me clean out fridge. Some mouldy cheese and a few almost empty jars in bin (this is a major triumph).
This is getting to be addictive!!!
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.

Hello, I know I'm a bit late to the party but could I still join please?

In my head everything has a space and a purpose, but they don't. Do I need to keep 4 scarves in different colours "just in case"? I'd like to set myself a weekly target of 20 items. Might have to up that but will see how it goes first.

Edit: off to a good start, got rid of 37 items from my work desk  Mainly old pens, broken mugs, empty tape dispensers etc

    Hi all
I'm busy listing unwanted Christmas gifts and I sorted through a box of Christmas decorations and through most away and a few to charity.
Sorted through my airing cupboard and donated a bedding set to charity.

Question for you: how long to you relist sale items on eBay, Facebook etc before you give up?

My sights are on my wardrobe at the weekend. Hoping to bin, charity or sell anything I haven't worn in the last 12 months.
