  • Oh I am so glad I've stumbled across this thread. I am literally drowning in clutter and crap! I am so ashamed with how much stuff I've collected over the years.
I have an attic room full of craft stuff and a "floordrobe" in my bedroom. I want a tidy house but I need a good kick up the backside, so please feel free to *virtually* kick me.

I've been a bit lazy today but have sneaked some "unknowns" out of the freezer into the bin.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.

    Afternoon

A total of 14 items listed on eBay this week. It’s a definite start.

I also gave 4 bags of clothes to family members so quite a few things have come out of my wardrobe :D

I will be starting on the drawers in the coming week.

Had a very successful day, like foxyloxy11 I've done a weeks worth today. I've cleared out my wardrobe of clothes, shoes and handbags. I've even roped in my DH to declutter his stuff too. I've given away a coat for free today and I've sold a dress. Thrown away a couple of pieces of lego and some old nail varnishes. At this rate I'll be done before the end of year. I like tackling a cupboard at a time. LPx

  • Been super productive today too. Sorted out three bags for the charity shop and two bin bags worth :) will update numbers tomorrow. I'm just getting everything in a state we can function in every room (moved house recently lots of boxes still!). Then the plan is to go through each area in turn! Will have a decluttered house by 2019!!

  • Made a good start today on the floordrobe, filled 2 bags for the charity shop with 35 bits and pieces, why have I kept my super fat and super skinny clothes? They're out of here, I've no desire to get back into the fat clothes and the skinny clothes are that old and out of fashion they belong in a museum!
Also ordered some new drawer runners, so that I can fix my broken drawers and tidy stuff away properly.
