I'm in the bath after a MAMMOTH cleaning frenzy in the caravan. G&T and bubbles provided by DH, without asking (). Back feels broken. My hair looks like Beetlejuice and all my nails are torn. I was chatting via Messenger to a friend from Sussex during these mad hours, so the time passed with lots of laughter. I miss her :(

    That's all folks...off to Bedford in a few minutes....yawn...

lil_me welcome back, a wedding, wonderful

Piggers, I have run out of things to ebay as such, I will watch with interest.

Valli, I have no idea about vouchers to top up, my whole account / phone seems blocked by T mobile / EE, I am not impressed.

How do the low life get way in this country with away with so many phones (from what I see on the cop type programmes on telly) and all I want to do is put a fiver on mine?? I'm gonig to have to drive to them and take my passport, but I don't hold out much hope, after that I will contact the bank direct and tell them my phone has been stolen and see if they can change it to a different number, hopefully their custoemr services is better than T mobile / EE

    Any way
    Lunch made for work

  • Morning friends,

Still feeling off colour today but determined to get up and get on. DD not feeling too well, DS his usual bouncy self and DH still in bed. Lego club this morning for them, I think I'll let DH take them so I can get the house straight...again...

    Hello to lil-me xx
Piggers I am in, need to pay £10k off mortgage by end of March to get the best mortgage rate we can, I have listed 3 things on ebay this morning so far xx
YL - I hope you are feeling a bit more chipper today. I have always disliked this time between Christmas and New Year, it's such a lull time, we have talked about going away somewhere hot (and fully catered ;)) for all of next Christmas break as I just can't bear being in this grey country getting grumpy with life! xx
Well done to Dizzy for all you have achieved xx

Right, off to order a desk drawer tidy for the junk drawer in the kitchen (rock n roll - it's been on my Toots list forever!)

    Have lovely days all xx

Am irritated by parent who has asked on FB page if INSET days have been set for 2018-2019. We are on holiday and it's Friday night..because I am admin on the page the messages come through to my phone.
    .

Valli, it will be a parent updating their diary for 2018 as you instructed us all to earlier in the week!!

Morning all, hope the poorlies feel better soon.

Going to do a top up shop this morning and then maybe some of my maybe jobs from earlier in the week.

    Have a great day everyone.

  • I’m going to do f**k all flying today. We’re waiting to hear about my cousin and I just don’t care. I’ll make sure DH is fed, then I’m going to hibernate on the sofa.

It’s horrible, but I think it would be kinder if she doesn’t survive. Barring a miracle, she’ll be trapped in a body that won’t work and she’s only 30 - her birthday is on Monday.

Pigpen I need to get myself organised to sell. I have bags of clothes but nothing I list ever seems to get bid on. What’s the trick?

    Morning everyone

I know what you mean YL. This is the first year that we have started to grate on each other big time. I guess it is not helped by no longer having parents to visit, which always made it so chaotic. Still, SiL and BiL are dropping in for lunch today on their way through from HB land, so that will be a distraction. Lunch is in the sc, in case they get held up.

Pigpen - I have so many - ahem! - beautiful and unloved things to remove, but the whole ebay thing fills me with dread. The charity shops do well from me, but I can't deny that the money would be useful. Good luck!

I have a pudding / cake to stick in the oven, veg to prep and a dining room to discover under the carp and dust. I guess that's my morning sorted then.

I rather think it will be a parent booking holidays...

FBO - sorry to hear you're going through it; hoping for the best possible outcome...

DS gone to work. Need to fly in my bedroom and finish the work stuff.
