68 miles this week, it is the first full week of this year that I have not hit 70
My actual weekly target is 65 but I have been managing to get over 70 quite easily until this weeks weather slowed me down. I had hoped to make up the shortfall today but my dog has a sore foot and although he still wanted to go out, I was feeling guilty about taking him0 -
30.3 miles this week, up from 28.6 last week. The snow has finally all gone and it’s beginning to feel more like Spring, so I’m aiming to up my mileage this week.0

41.4 miles done this week mostly due to running a half marathon PB today.
449.8 miles to date.
Have a 20 mile race next weekend so should hit around 40 miles again next week.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
20 mile race cancelled today, so went out to run 20 miles instead.
44.1 miles done this week.
493.9 miles to date this year.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
30.5 miles this week. Not telling anyone last weeks figure but it was not good! I had 5 injections into my neck last week and barely made it off the sofa. Now feeling more positive again.0

Everyone is bound to have the odd bad week over the course of a year, for whatever reason, don't worry about it and just keep going at your own pace.
There will be good weeks ahead to look forward to0 -

I agree.
For me this is about the long term. I have been monitoring my steps for three years now and frankly my aim is to equal or +/- 5% my YEARLY total. There will be no Brexit dividend for Britain.0 -
43.4miles run this week bringing me up to 535.4 miles for the year.
Will start tapering now for Manchester marathon so mileage will dip for a couple of weeks now.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0 -
I'm completely lost now! No idea what my steps are - between having to do a gross dismissal (I hate those), go through a big audit, general stuff and then randomly buying a house when I wasn't looking to move, I'm a bit all over the place!0

How do you randomly buy a house?
Just crack on from here, you know if you are moving or not.“Time is intended to be spent, not saved” - Alfred Wainwright0
