    Just back from a 17 mile long run so won't be going out again today.
    Weekly total run: 64.4 miles
    YTD: 267.4 miles

    As it turned out, it was my biggest day of the week, over 13 miles.
  • 48.30 miles for last week. Not too far off the 50 I was hoping for so I'm happy with that. :D

    I use strava but I don't do virtual runs. I'd rather do a proper race.

    eta: My watch sync's to garmin and then it pulls the data across to strava

    31.2 miles this week (it is half term so it should have been more but I've been fighting a heavy cold. Typical teacher!) 213 miles for the year so far.
