This could be my last 'plus' week for a while, my stupid dog crossed in front of me and I stood on his rear paw, he is now limping quite badly.

Obviously his health comes first so I'll get him to the vet asap and see what they say.

I have gym-resistance training today-not yet weight training standards.
Using Apple Watch+iPhone 8 to track twice weekly gym simple workouts.
I have m.s. I'm trying to keep moving as much as possible in 30-60 mins workouts.
Mainly treadmill -and bike machines trainer -more recently resistance stretching and weight pressing machines -forgot the the names of those.
    e.g. last Tues
    475 move calories
    59 mins exercise-machines
    3.84 miles

Thats one example per gym visit.
Enjoying mixing tech via gym training.

32 miles for me this week, a normal week at work. Still on track though, so I am happy.

After a couple of days of low milage while the dogs paw healed, he was back to his usual self today so my primary weekly total should still be acheivable, something I never thought would happen at the start of the week.

I have plenty in reserve anyway but it will still be nice to hit my target :)

Just 6.6 miles for me this week, as I was still resting my leg. Went out today for the 6.6 miles as a really gentle run, so hoping to start ramping back up the training next week all being well. I did manage 145 miles on the bike this week though.

31.19 miles for me this week. I have walked 134 miles this month (with one day to go) so I am well over my 125 mile target.

27 miles for me this week. (Not pretty but at least it was some miles) Going to take some time to get back to fitness, as the runs today my HR was extremely high for the pace I was doing!!
643 miles for the year so far.

31.83 miles for me this week - fairly normal. I have been working in the garden today so no walking yet but might try to fit a short one in this evening when it might be cooler!

I hit 500 miles for the year this weekend, probably do quite a few this week if the weather stays like this. Good to get out for a walk in the evenings now.
