I have arranged an offer interview for next week, has anyone had theirs already? Can you let me know what to expect?
I had given up tbh but hopefully the is a job on the horizon!

You join a group offer both on the phone and online, they talk through what is expected etc and show you it on screen, then you speak to someone one on one for them to confirm your personal details, and that's all there is to it.

I have recently heard that remote training has been tested and is ok, so looks like you can train @home like we all did. Was a bit silly tbh, defeats the purpose of working from home if you have to sit in a call centre for 6 weeks miles from home.....

A BIT silly? This was a gross mistake on the part of recruitment and will result in them only recruiting Catholic Irish.

Shame on them for that being intentional.

It looked as though they were only likely to be able to recruit people in or near Belfast. Whats the religion part got to do with anything?

That's what I'd like to know. They ask it during the recruitment process.

Did you ask why they put Belfast in the advert then?! I so want someone to give them what for ...

Does anyone have any contact details to the person/people who have interviewed you please? On the first email there is a general email addess and a phone number. The number goes to a mail box and the email never gets replied too. If anyone can supply me an individual email address of a recruiter that would be fabulous!!!!!!

I was supposed to go to this interview yesterday, but didn't due to having a migraine (I have already attended one group interview a couple of weeks ago). Was this for a customer service role or tech support role, and does this role include sales? Have you been advised when the training starts? Sorry for all the questions, really wanted to attend the meeting yesterday, but was not able to.

But they ask that in every job. Hasn't stopped them employing plenty of people from all religions.
