There's a "credit check" in the recruitment process?0

Cold transfer silly! No time to do introductions! I have a long Q to work through ;-)0

So basically then the @home job is now only open to people who live in Belfast? Nice....
Well at least they can shove them all in the call centre when they dump us...;)0 -
I don't know where this training in Belfast nonsense
Nonsense? Or rather facts being fed from the organ grinder's mouth? Its 3 weeks training at home, possibly might be longer now due additional tech training.
Might they have several different clients and skillsets - each requiring different things? I.e one is remote training, one is on-site?At the moment, everyone I know who works there is looking elsewhere, because targets being set are unrealistic, we are having to fob off customers due to the ineptitude of higher departments, and for the money we are paid, the stress of the job and the abuse from some customers isn't worth it.
Nuff said.0 -
These sound like awful employers, I don't think I'll bother with the interview tomorrow. Can anyone here confirm that there's a credit check when applying?0

Its all been changed. On account of the @home trainer just moved on and they don't seem to be able to find the funding to replace him. This particular client is the only one I know that TT have an @home contract with.
And my point is, they are totally defeating the purpose of @home. A lot of us do it as we have reasons for not being able to work on site.
How do we get to Belfast for 6 weeks if we live in different parts of the UK?0 -
I work there but i'm not looking elsewhere :-D
Luck you that you don't have the financial need to better yourself.... Ref the training in Belfast "nonsense" this is the advert ...
Sadly that is only one of the adverts. Many of the others mention diddly squat about Belfast.0 -

Yes there is.0 -

Um... yes!? Either that or the victim of identity theft. If you agree to repay something that you don't wind up paying... what would you call that?0
