That's right, Destiny.
You dial the number on your phone, and that puts you in a conference call while also being in the chat room. The Teletech person gives you all the info on the phone then you and the other 'listeners' can ask questions via the chat room so as not to talk over each other.
It only lasts about 20 minutes, so I'm sure the cost of the phone call is minimal. My Mind Not Only Wanders..... Sometimes I Lose It Completely.....0 -

Will I be able to do this at work?, as all the meeting times I have been given are working hours. I can't ask for time off as I have only just started this job on Monday. Plus they said in my email that it is in this meeting that I will find out the status of my application, so its not even as if I already have the job0

I'm a little confused about this. Really want to apply to earn some much needed extra cash but there are two different @home roles available and I wondered which one most of you were doing as it sounds like you're all doing the same. They have Inbound Sales Rep jobs and also Customer Service Rep jobs - which one should I go for?0

Anyone been paid yet?
I wouldn't mind an update on people's experience so far. That's if you are all not to busy work!0 -

I applied for the Customer Service as I presume we won't have to sell products on this job but I guess we'll see! I've just completed the assessments after getting a phone call from them because I hadn't fully completed the form. I only did it last night!0 -

TIMEWASTED ????????
Hi there, just to let you all know I have just spent the best part of a week applying to Teletech for a homeworking position. I passed all the online tests and my PC passed all the techical issues once I purchased a router, cost £20.00. I have just been informed after having a telephone interview last Friday that quote "although we were impressed with your credentials, we will be pursuing other applicants at this time" No other explanation supplied in e-mail. What everyone needs to be aware of if going for this, is the huge amount of time involved in applying plus the extra costs that you may incur to get through the tests. Personally I am very surprised and disappointed not to be offered a position as I passed all the necessary tests (confirmed by e-mail).
This has been a massive waste of time for me and it has certainly cost me financially as a result. BE WARNED of all the above if you decide to proceed.
Good luck to you if you decide to go ahead.
