I wouldn't worry about the tests - they are really not that fussy. You will discover this when you meet some of your fellow trainees.
You will also discover that your training is sorely lacking: you will need to find out an awful lot for yourself or have a good knowledge already of tech issues - there are other techies who will help you, but you will find that is only when they can be bothered...or the advice is duff anyway.
They will stress the importance of 'customer care' and then when you are around 2 weeks into the job and taking calls, will then put you under tremendous pressure to get the callers off the line in under 10 mins, whilst still following their hopeless in-house software. This is impossible.
Ergo, you will be marked down for Quality cos you haven't followed the in-house software so that you COULD meet your time target...so you go back to following the software...then get lambasted from your Team Leader for being slow...and so you don't meet the Time Target....and either way, you are screwed and will not qualify for any of the Agent's Variable Pay that you could supplement your meagre wage with....0 -
I have had an email today inviting me to an interactive online meeting next week to give me more details of the position, and what the job entails.
Anyone else had this email?

Hi All I attended the online meeting last wendesday and it was quite informative the company seems ok, fairly professional, and it will suit me fine. I had a final interview thursday night and think it went ok my only problem was that they want weekend staff at the moment but i think if you pass everything they keep your name on file until suitable shifts come available.0

Hi Zoelouise88, was it asking you to download the hardware analyzer to begin the online assessment? If so, yes, that's fine to download, I had no problems anyhoo0
