I just filled in the online assesment with the phone call listen thingie etc and i think i did ok will wait 1 week then i rekon i will go to live help if i havent heard anything

Hi - Sorry to interrupt - I have been thinking hard about applying to teletech , but I have no Customer Service Experience - I'm a teacher by trade - is this going to matter, as it says in the blurb that you should have customer serv. experience, anyone know?

passed the test on workbooth cd arrived today only did test yesteday but havn problems booking calendar slot as it wont let me click on the orange square which is avail on 24th january???/any ideas talking to live help now but they dont know reither

it wont let me log into the calendar page with my username and password but it will let me log onto the other page to update profile etc the teletech page! but it wont let me log onto workbooth page anyone else avn these problems?

I applied yesterday, and got a telephone call last night saying tests were being emailed to me. They came almost immediately, and I've completed them.

Now I'm just waiting to hear if I've passed *fingers crossed*

i never got no telephone call the test was just emailed to me

Hi, just been doing the test. Finished the grammer test and went onto the customer service part,however my screen res. was too low and could'nt move the screen over to hit the submit button, so was stuck. In the end had to restart the comp, but now when I go onto the test it says:

Would you like to continue etc. Click yes, says "Loading battery" than it gets a "page cannot be displayed". Who do I have to email, because I keep getting Mail delivery failures.

Hi Guys

Have Just applied for this and am now waiting for a response.I just have a few questions to ask if you don't mind.
How much do they pay an hour ?
As I work full time Monday to Friday, would it be ok , if I'm successfull, to only work weekends?
