Not sure if I remember what one of them looks like Dory

Let us know which trainer you guys get . One of them joined the company the same time I did and we were on the same training course.....nice guy -they all are actually (well nearly all but don't think that one is doing this wave of training )

Hi Dory my workbooth disc still hasnt arrived how long did it take for yours? does anyone have the number for teletech support I know there is a number to ring because someone mentioned it earlier on but didnt provide it. Id rather speak to someone about where my workbooth disc is then spend 30 mins to an hour on that livechat service they have.

lol ill probably end up with 3 of them but its good to have spairs

I got mine with my initial info pack thing I think - all the stuff you get like your contract etc. If you haven't had one by the time you start training just ask Andy to get one sent out, he'll sort it, the good thing is that they can be copied so you don't have to keep requested spares etc

lol you are all clearly super heroes\villains that need to keep your true identity secret personally I dont see a problem with it but if I go on your team I will want to know haha, but anyway the HR dude has dispatched another workbooth disc yesterday via royal mail and even gave me a tracking number.

@Dory you need to do the workbooth cd assessment before you start training according to the hirepoint website

It's not hard to work out .....although Sanity is obviously an imposter as no-one who works with us remains sane for long
We are asked not to post publically as employees but so long as we play nice there's no problem using internet names

I thought Mark was still around although I knew the Canadian had gone (just as well his accent used to send me to sleep). Andy's a good guy -He'll take care of you all -and I know all the training courses got updated this week so everything should go well.

Off out to do a bit of retail auditing before I start my shift Christmas is coming far too fast for my tastes (or rather my bank account's)

@Dory you need to do the workbooth cd assessment before you start training according to the hirepoint website

They will need to make sure everything works ok before you login. I think everyone has a few issues initially so don't worry.

I am another person who uses a usb stick as I couldn't get the disc to work, so it is a good alternative if you have issues with the cd.
