Interviews are different now than when many of us started, don't worry about it, you'll be fine. As I remember its nothing too formal.
Don't worry about the workbooth cd at the moment. You will need your logins and so on, and all the info you need will be provided on the training.
Any tech issues you have will be sorted out once on the project.0 -

I got an e-mail today saying that if I don't run the WorkBooth CD before training, then I will not be able to continue.
Does anyone have a phone number for technical support, please?

Does the email or any letter you've had from TT not advise what to do in those circumstances? Could you maybe try replying to that mail? Or possibly try going onto the hirepoint live chat? The only tech number I have is for tenured agents so unfortunately unlikely to be able to assist with agents before they start.0

Hi Yosser have a look at the workbooth.info site, my training is due to start on oct 18th to 4-8pm im just waiting for the email from the trainer with the logins etc for meeting place, are you still waiting for this information too?0

The e-mail was from Amy. I've replied to let her know I'm having problems, but I've not heard back from her yet. I've also e-mailed HR and they're sending another CD.
I'm beginning to think that I've got an invalid Hirepoint ID, as it's when I enter this that the CD ejects and exits the system.

I've tried trouble-shooting the problem on the worbooth.info site, but this problem doesn't appear on the list.
Yeah, I'm waiting for details of the meeting place, too. I think they're supposed to send them tomorrow?
How are you feeling about starting training? I can't wait. I just hope I can get the problem with the WorkBooth CD sorted.0 -
Hi Yosser, I can't wait either , it must be a fault with the disc or it could be a fault with your pc , if you can try your workbooth disc on another machine and see if you get the same problem if you do it must be a disc issue.

I managed to get through to technical support (thanks, Sanity!), and they said it's showing that I've passed the test, but I didn't get a message saying I had, so who knows? I tried it on my PC and laptop, and it did the same thing on both. Oh well, not to worry. I'm sure it will come out in the wash. I'll probably be the annoying person in training moaning that my CD won't work. :rotfl:

Yosser, let me know when you recieve your training information, Im still waiting I presume the trainer is American , like the rest of the recruitment team (bar HR which are in Belfast).
