Hi just a few questions I applied to tele tech a while ago but did not continue because the hours available were not suitable for me, could you tell me what shifts they are recruiting for at the moment?

Hiya Charliegirl,

TeleTech are recruiting for the Tech Support roles at the moment.

Hours on offer are 4 + hour shifts between M - F - 3pm - 11pm and Sat / Sun - 4pm - 11pm.

They expect you to be available in the week and for at least Sat OR Sunday.

I'm getting a bit frustrated with Teletech at the mo. I've passed the PC and online skills assesment and I've been waiting for a telephone interview for the past 2 weeks. They keep telling me the dates will be released soon, but how long do I hang on?

I'm applying at the moment and I've gotten as far as the background check page. It asks for driving licence info, what if you don't have one? I have one but it has a very old address on it as I haven't driven in years.

Hi.

I am a previous @home employee and have been sent an email invite for an offer call for a job with the previous client, I have my offer call this week. What exactly is an offer call, do I have the job or do I have to go through the whole interview, id checks process again? Would the job be tech support again or are they recruiting for other roles now?

I applied to Teletech last year but didn't decide to go through with the process. Would they let me apply again or have I blown it now?

I do hope that there'll be lots of applicants that will land the job. fingers crossed**

I do hope there is, I'm still waiting to book my telephone interview, has anyone else got to this stage. I'm checking their scheduling system everyone couple of hours.

It doesnt look as though they are in a rush for people.

That's ALMOST correct. Lol.

Hours of operation are: Mon-Fri - 1600-2300
Sat & Sun - 1500-2300

You may or may not be on a 4hr + shift - depends on client needs.

Also weekends are mandatory. You may have a better chance of getting a weekend day off, if you have been there for a while, and proved your worth!

During the offer call we were told it is Saturday OR Sunday, no requirement to work both. Training starts on Monday for ex sales staff moving over to tech support.
