Hi there
I applied to Teletech a week ago and heard nothing back yet
I asked the online help if there were no vacancies and a lot of interest at the moment but just got told to wait for a call/email
Is anyone else having the same problem - I have customer service experience but no call centre so not sure if thats the reason why.

mousetrap there are no jobs at teletech at the moment I am afraid although I have been told that I wil remain on a list if more come in.

Recruitment is continuing for the broadband positions according to my boss -(who does the continuation training once the basic is done) so it may be a few weeks but you should hear

is this for tech support as I was told there were no jobs and I would be on file for when another job came up?

Just received an email for me to complete the following:

1. The online Technical Assessment of your computer and network connectivity will take 5 minutes to complete.
2. The online Skills Assessment will take 45 minutes to complete

When i applied i read that i could apply without having the right internet connection and wait until i received a job offer? My plan was if i receive a job offer to change my internet connection.

If i complete twhat they are asking for i will fail at the moment because i dont have broadband?

Any suggestions?

I've known people to get offered training course places within a few days of applying anyway.........which wouldn't give you enough time to get one installed

Teletech are currently trying very hard to attract new clients - the sooner the better.

With regard to agents wanting to work from home for their main UK client:

There are no training sessions scheduled for the technical department before June.

Any current interviews for Customer Services are being carried out so that Teletech will have names on file for jobs that will hopefully happen in the near future - there aren't any currently available.

The sales department will be disbanded on 31st May and they have been informed that they will take priority if any jobs become available.
