Well, I am getting conflicting info, On Friday my application was being reviewed, earlier today they had no vacancies and now its being reviewed.
Very strange, I think I will give this one a miss.0 -

KzakQ - when you refer to your 'recruitment consultant' How did you find out who this was? Do you have any contact details at all? Many Thanks in advance
I sent an e-mail yesterday to hboathome@teletech.com and awoke to another invite to interview this morning - scheduling centre working fine now (I even have invitations to two interviews, one sales, one cust service)

Apologies in advance as this may be an incredibly stupid question, but I've checked out their website and working from home would be handy, I just want to know, would it affect calls coming into my phone number or is it best to used a seperate phone line/different number to do the job with?! Thanks.0

You will not be able to receive any incoming calls while at work. I will just have my mobile nearby incase of emergencies.January Grocery 11/3740

Your phoneline will be engaged the whole of your shift regardless of if you are on a cal or not as when you log in the system calls you (so no charge to you) back and logs your phone into the call centre system.
When i started I got a second phoneline as virgin offered it essentially for free but I've found people have now got used to my working hours and know not call then so I've ditched the second line (and Virgin too.
